We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The position is based out of our office in Dana Point, California and will offer flexibility with in office expectations and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from start to finish.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities for this role:
-Lead and manage the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects
-Collaborate with clients, principals, and contractors to ensure project success
-Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed within these parameters
-Oversee project teams and ensure that each team member is meeting project goals and deadlines
-Review and approve project designs and construction documents
-Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
-Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan
-Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
What You Need for this Position
Minimum of 7 years of experience required
-Bachelor’s degree is Architecture, Engineering, or related field
– Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
– Construction experience, including knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and methods
– Experience leading and managing project teams
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, principals, and contractors
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
